What would happen if you weren't in your home state & shot someone?

So let's say that you have a non-resident ccw from said state. For example, I have a non-resident utah & florida license.I'm on vacation, such and such happens, and I shot someone. Would the laws from the state that i'm currently in come into play & no other? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2gqbwF9
