I am a resident of PA and have my permit here, which will allow me to get a ND permit as well. I want one so that I can carry in MN, which I visit occasionally. On the site, they mention you need classroom instruction and testing, as well as a (very easy sounding) range test.Since the testing must be completed in ND, I'm wondering how long I need to plan to be in the state for the testing.
