A scenario in which I wouldn't know what to do

I'll be starting to carry soon. In my state, "no guns" signs do not carry weight of law. Most they can do is fine/arrest you for trespassing if you refuse to leave after they tell you to leave. Here's my scenario:I walk into a store/business with a no guns sign while carrying. The owner/employee/etc comes up to me and asks me if I am carrying a gun. Am I obliged to answer truthfully?
