Is there a general consensus on spring being or not being harmed due to loading max capacity +1?

I'm wondering if loading my PPQ at the 15+1 will damage the spring. I noticed that there is a big difference when inserting a the mag with 14rds vs 15 and I know it's because that spring is being compressed that much more.Will this harm the spring on my PPQ.PS I will soon be carrying an extra mag any way so Loosing one round out of 30 isn't a huge deal especially since my mags already hold 2x what most subcompact ccw's do. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2gvVbfl
