Dumb question- If you ND and are sure no one is hurt should you still call the cops?

Let's say you're in an apartment complex and think people heard the gunshot but you can visually confirm that the round is lodged in a brick wall or some other backstop. Would you still dial 911? It seems like a waste of their resources. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2fvNh8J
