So I have had my CCW (Ohio) now for 3 years now. I am most certainly sure on all laws I am supposed to follow while carrying. However, a buddy asked me something the other day that I am kind of curious the answer to as well. Now I know you are not to consume alcohol while out carrying. So lets say I were to be at home having a few drinks and someone were to come breaking in and I felt the need to discharge my handgun.
