Hey, so right now I have a lot of pain and just got a script for Oxycodone... IF you have to use DGU and you are on Oxy (legally, have script) can you still claim justifiable defense or will you get screwed on that one?I know these are not lawyers in here, I know what ever the answers given by anyone that I should take it with a grain of salt and I understand that no one is liable for my own actions or understanding of the answers.
