I just moved from VA to PA. Have not yet gotten my PA resident CCP yet, but have a PA non-resident CCP. Am I still allowed to carry?

While living in VA I had a resident VA CCP. Because I traveled to PA a lot, and despite the fact that PA reciprocates a VA CCP, I also got a PA non-resident CCP (I also got it when the VA Attorney General started pulling his reciprocity bullshit a few months ago before Gov McAuliffe swept in and saved us all /s).I just closed on my house and moved to PA and have not been able to get my PA driver's license, CCP, etc. yet. Should I refrain from carrying until I get my resident PA CCP? What kind of legal trouble could I find myself in if I carry (and especially if I end up using my pistol in a defensive gun use situation) in the interim before I get the paperwork straightened out with a resident PA CCP? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/29KeTj6
