I am in Florida for school and was wondering if, as a Virginia resident, can I concealed carry in Florida? I have looked on USAcarry.com and handgunlaw.us and all signs point to 'yes' but after the debacle with the VA Attorney General retracting out-of-state reciprocity a while back I am not sure if Florida followed suit and retracted Virginia out of state reciprocity.
