Do you choose your ammo based on the FBI approved list?

I've been thinking about the ammo I carry (Hornity Critical Duty) and noticed it's not on the FBI approved list (I believe the +P is). I'm not sure how much it matters, but I've been thinking about switching for just ease of mind. Wanted to get others opinion. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2aA7rwu
