Practicing on 'human shaped' targets. Immoral, or necessary?

So, at the range I frequent, there are a lot of LEOs who go there to practice. I have also been there when the county SWAT is there to train. Freaking impressive, I will just say that. But here's the deal: the target in these cases is always at least a head and shoulders silhouette. And honestly, while I love putting a round into the red X, isn't the whole purpose of CCW training to target a stopping round? I am feeling a little bad for loving to decapitate the cartoon zombie but at the same time I've heard that shooting a human-like target is 'obscene.' Thoughts? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2aoWPj2
