As I understand it, the Colorado mag ban forbids mags over 20 rounds if not grandfathered in. I've heard multiple cops saying they'll refuse to enforce this. I was wondering what kind of penalty CCWers will face when they get caught by the "wrong" cop who actually does enforce this law? Is it a felony? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2ai92os
