Holsters for guns with accessories

I've done some searching but don't feel like I've found what I'm looking for and I think I'm just not looking right. I have a ruger sr9c with a crimson trace flashlight on it....I like the weight/feel of it while shooting when it has the light. I have been looking for a good concealed holster for it but most are made for just the gun. Otherwise it's a basic universal nylon stretch holster. I'm hoping to find a holster (iwb or owb) that snuggly fits the gun with the light comfortably but staying as concealed as possible. I have asked on other subs and been told to either take off the light and buy one of the many holsters available, but the universal "strap" holster, or have a leather one custom made.
