FAQ - Good Holster List Addition - added breakdown by style & material

Referencing my original question here concerning breaking up the list by category of holster. I left the original list alone, but added two new sections to the FAQ titled "Holster Makers by Style" and "Holster Makers by Material".The format of my additions is seen below. Some notes are:I did my best go through each holster maker on the list to get them placed under each category accurately. Let me know if I left anyone off any section they belong to and/or added some to a category incorrectly.Unless specifically stated in the product description I did not add a maker to any material/style category.
