So I can open carry in PA, but I can't drive with it loaded?

I just applied for my gun permit today, and they said it could take up to 45 days (Delaware County). What do you suggest I do in the mean time? I'm from Arizona, where you can conceal without a permit (constitutional carry). via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/29Pbwaf
