I've wondered this for years- say I'm sitting in a booth in my favorite cafe and some punk wants to step with me for whatever reason (shakedown, thought I was eyeballing his girl, just being a punk) and he's standing outside my booth talking a big game. What techniques can I use to get out of the booth while ganing a position of advantage to either fight or run?
