Quick question, not really pertaining to conceal carrying, but I figure I'd ask anyways. I'm going to Delaware next week and I'm on the fence about bringing my handgun. I can't conceal carry it in state because I don't have any permits that are recognized by the state. I'm considering bringing my handgun (unloaded, ammo separate, locked in trunk) to my rented condo. Is this a smart decision/what laws should I be reading to enlighten me on the rules in this state? If it's not smart, please tell me and I'll leave it in the free state of PA.
