Hi guys,I live in a county in California that is shall issue. If my local sheriff was replaced by a different one, one that doesn't think self-protection isn't a good reason to conceal carry, at the point of renewing could that new sheriff deny renewal because of he doesn't want people to carry concealed for just personal protection?
