Been carrying for a year or so, Wife doesn't know

Hey CCW, this topic has been killing me.My family on my moms side, well the males at least always loved firearms, one of my uncles got me into shooting when i was 16. He always had these expensive 1911's and took me shooting many times in outdoor ranges with his handguns and i have shot his AR 15 many times over the years.I never got into firearms as a younger kid, never realized that they are not just to shoot, but also for self defense.Over the years i subscribed to many gun channels on youtube and read forums and expanded my knowledge on firearms.I turned when i turned 22 i decided to finally get my permit. I have a good job and disposable income so i started buying guns. I have 3 firearms a Glock 19 a shield 9mm and a keltec .380 and plan on buying an AR soon.My only problem is my wife does not know i carry. She hates guns. She does not want them in the house. Little does she know i have had them for over a year and carry every time we go out.Now, i do not know what to tell her.How do i explain that its for self defense and i WILL protect my family without ruining our relationship. I think she knows because she found a pistol registration card but i somehow played it off instead of using that opportunity to finally let her know.I need to tell her before she finds out herself. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/29NEvyL
