Appendix carry with (a lot of) forward cant?

So I bought the gun (bersa thunder 380), I bought a holster (theis IWB tuckable), and now I'm waiting for the class that was recommended to me to schedule its next session. In the mean time, I've been wearing the holster around my place to break it in, get used to it, figure out where it works, etc.I've found that 3:30-4:00 works great until I have to sit. Then the bottom of the grip hits everything and I can see it hurting my back having to sit for more than a few minutes. Adjusting the cant and ride don't help this.Appendix carry, at least as I've seen everywhere is not comfy. The gun is weird to sit with, I don't like it pointing at my junk or femoral artery, and it just feels awkward. But what i have found to work is an 20-25° of forward cant with the gun at about 2:00 (it sits literally behind the pocket on my jeans). I'm still playing around with the positioning of it as too far to the hip and my hip bone will push the mag release. Too far to the crotch and its digging in to my leg. Too much cant and the grip goes into a rib when sitting. But I think this works pretty well. I seem to be able to draw sitting to standing, I've got the muzzle pointing away from anything vital, and it seems like it'd be comfy to wear. That said, in trying to read up on this, it seems to be not talked about at all, that for appendix carry you want a vertical draw or a slight negative cant, that a cant is gonna point it at your femoral, its gonna be impossible to draw, etc.So that said, does anyone carry like this? Is it a reasonable way to wear the gun? Anything else I should know about it? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/29NwE7a
