Springfield XD-S 3.3 or 4.0? + a couple other questions

Finally decided on which weapon I want for CCW. Which barrel length is better for all-round purposes? How reliable is this? How is the quality on it? Lastly how bad is the recoil as opposed to the Glock 23? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2drtrrK
