So I was wondering this yesterday because it almost happened and my knowledge of the specific laws in question isn't clear. I know about the No Guns in 1000ft of a school law but I need some clarification.My question is, if I was carrying legally with a CHL in PA, and I had to pick up someone from say high school, does the law apply if you never exit your vehicle or does it still count as breaking the law? Like driving up to the door and they get in then you leave. Obviously it wouldn't seem to be against the law because everyone diving by would be breaking it but I want to be sure just in case.
