I recently ordered a third cloak tuck for a new carry piece, and noticed that alien gear changed their clips to be more rigid. So I ordered two sets to put on my other holsters. (As a side note:I placed my order late Friday night, got a shipping notification 2 hours later, and they arrived today.) While changing the clips I noticed a crack in the shell for my 1911. It had been a little loose, so I was going to change the spacers. I emailed them at 6:01 pm explaining the issue. At 6:19pm I received an order confirmation for a new shell at no charge.
