Greetings, is there any information on correct CCW response to an assault without a deadly weapon (although, I realize an MMA fighter's fist could be deadly), such as a fist, a knife, etc....In IL and other states, what are the ramifications of using one's gun in situations where someone (mentally ill, as example) attacks you but they don't have any guns on them. Maybe no knives even. They are just trying to beat you up or playing a knockout game.What are the ramifications of using your CCW in these cases?PS.
