RI town requires me to have a "proper reason" to get a CCW permit. What are some examples?

Note, this is different from the AG's requirement to have a "proper need. Apparently it is much less strict. Any ideas what would be proper?I was thinking of giving the reason that I am a musician that plays late nights on the weekend and need self-defense when carrying around a $5,000+ instrument (saxophone)... via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2eFTUTI
