Can military members get a CCW permit in the state they're stationed in?

I'm a Louisiana resident currently stationed in Florida. Can I get a Florida permit or should I just go through the headache of using some of my leave time back home to do all the fingerprinting and paperwork? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2eViLon
