So I am hoping you guys can end an argument between me and my father. My dad and me are residents of North Carolina and he thinks he can get a Virginia non-resident permit to carry in North Carolina. I am thinking that wouldn't fly because LEOs and gun shops would expect you to have the NC permit if you are a resident. Anyone have experience with this? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2cQqMpX
