Ive been seeing this new offering from Federal as of late, that being 9mm 155 grain HST, with a notation on the box that it is intended for "micro" guns ( compact and smaller, I assume). Is the thought here that extra bullet weight is needed for the lack of velocity out of shorter barrels? Part of me thinks one would want a lighter round to make up for the lack of velocity and allow for adequate penetration. Anyone know more about this?Edit for clarity Edit 2: 150* grain via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2dmVUCA
