A friend showed me a video of someone yelling at a guy for "animal abuse." We proceeded to argue about whether the guy in the red shirt made a mistake in revealing his gun.A few points I made:Arizona may be an open carry state, but intentionally revealing a CCW is defensive display and not OC.Driver was being a shithead, but that doesn't excuse red shirt's actions.Arizona law relating to defensive display only considers it justified in a situation where a reasonable person would believe that physical force is immediately necessary to protect himself.Getting cursed out is really not enough to suggest an imminent threat of physical force.For what it's worth, the driver is an idiot who films himself yelling at people on the street from his car and it probably won't be long until he's arrested for something, but that's immaterial to whether this is a case of justified defensive display. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2d5cAhS
