I've seen a few posts on here about some people who, when stopped by a LEO, are disarmed during their encounter. In my CCW class, our instructor told us that legally, an officer cannot disarm you during a traffic stop. (4th Amendment) Him being a 25+ year veteran Highway Patrolman, I imagine that he's correct about this. He also told us that if a LEO does disarm you, to not turn into a smartass wanna be lawyer and start talking about your rights and other stuff like that.Does anyone have any other insight on this subject? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2caWroL
