I'm applying for my CCW through my town Police Department. I need three reference letters and have all three people lined up to write them. But one of the people, an Instructor from two firearms classes I took, wants me to start and more or less outline the letter then send it back to him. He will then edit it and send me a final copy.My question is, what has to be included in a good CCW reference letter?
