My college campus (Purdue) states that no "deadly weapons" are permitted on campus unless you have written permission from the executive Vice President or Treasurer of the university. How easy would it be to obtain this? I'd think it'd be mostly used for faculty but would it be possible to send them letters or organize a meeting?
