Hey guys,I am in the military and just moved to SD not long ago and am looking to get my concealed carry license here, but I have a quick question. I am a Texas resident and was looking at the requirements for getting a license when I saw this requirement:"Has physically resided in and is a resident of the county where the application is being made for at least thirty days immediately preceding the date of the application;"Does that mean I just have to have a house in South Dakota for 30 days or do I need to change my residency or get one in Texas?
