I'm looking to possibly by the tactical 5.11 casual leather belt. It seems to be the only normal buckled 5.11 belt that has an insert.Questions- 1. Does the permastiff insert work well? Carry the weight well? 2. Does it hold up long term? (Stay stiff and keep clean leather look?3.
