I'm looking at getting a 9mm in the next few months. Currently own a 1911 in 45 ACP, love it but ik it's cumbersome. I've been looking at both the XD-E and XD Mod 2 and both have their benefits and drawbacks. I've held both at stores and I can say ...XD-E feels FANTASTIC in my handsLike the additional rounds from the XD Mod 2Planning to try Appendix carry, so I have concern about the extended hammer snagging on the XD-E and the reduction in safety features on the XD Mod 2Has anyone here had experience with either gun?
