I work out at home and recently I've started doing dry fire practice during my rest sets. I've found that the shakiness and instability of muscle fatigue makes it much harder to get good sight alignment and a good trigger squeeze, similar to the effects of adrenaline. I know it isn't an exact match, but I think it's a good way to improve your dry fire practice.
