Hello all, in North Carolina the concealed carry law states that in order to get a permit/cc License, in NC, a person must be over 21 years old. After I did some digging, the law states that NC honors a ton of states, New Hampshire being one of them. I also noticed that you do not have to be 21 to obtain a CC license from them online. Is this legal to twist and bend laws like this? I'd rather not open carry if at all possible as I would rather be discreet with my firearm on me.
