Newbie here, turn 21 soon. Would like to carry AIWB. Is carrying with a sidecar more difficult than without?

Hi all, I'm turning 21 soon and hoping to start carrying after completing my CCW course. I've done research and decided on a CZ P-07 and I'd like to carry AIWB.I didn't know sidecar were even a thing until recently, but now that I've found them I feel like I'd like to have one.In terms of concealment, will it be harder to carry with a sidecar than without?
