Why isn't there more information on kydex holsters out there regarding a minimum length to prevent your gun from "rolling" away from your body?

My shield (carried in a basic fold over Kydex canted IWB) had issues printing at the 3-5:30 position, specifically when bending slightly forward, or sitting. The entire back end of the grip would tilt away from my body and as result, you could very clearly see that I had something large poking out under my shirt.I understand that for appendix, a wedge under the muzzle and a wedge under the clip (or claw extended past the trigger guard) helps wedge the defining edges of a gun into the wearer's body to prevent obvious printing. And some companies (JM Custom Kydex and Dark Star Gear come to mind) actually offer appendix rigs for sub compacts that have an extra inch in length added to the holster to simulate wearing a longer gun to aid in this roll away affect. The extra length effectively allows your pants to pull the gun in towards your body.Would this same principle apply for the 3-5:30 position? If yes, do certain holster designs alleviate this problem due to their design (holsters that attach at two points like AG and SGUSA compared to something like a Dara)? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2x9gfQn
