Where do you keep your carry gun while asleep?

I have a SnapSafe in my nightstand in which I keep one of my larger handguns for home defense purposes. I have Pelican cases locked under my bed where I keep my other guns. But I am wondering what to do with my carry gun. I've been unloading it, putting in it's Pelican, and pulling it out and reloading it in the morning. Is this you folks normal way of doing it? Do you keep your carry gun as your nightstand gun? What do the good folks of CCW do with their carry guns when they aren't carrying? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2wlZcLH
