I am an Illinois resident that also travels to Indiana frequently. IL signs carry force of law while in IN they fortunately do not. Certain areas I would never carry anyway like schools and gov't buildings where not only are metal detectors likely on site but also the repercussions if spotted could be so much worse.I am just curious to know if anyone here carries in posted gun free zones anyway, and if so, are you just willing to risk the potential consequences of getting caught for your (and your family's) protection?EDIT: No, I am not FBI, Police, ATF, IRS, CIA, NSA, Homeland, DEA, Border Patrol, Immigration, Secret Service, Military Police, Nato, UN, Interpol, or any other form of law enforcement.
