I am a VA CCW holder. I moved to Texas three weeks ago, but I only got my license two weeks ago.I already took my LTC class here.Because my temporary license doesn't have the Audit Number on it, I can't apply for my LTC (until the actual license arrives by mail).When I got my TX drivers license, I had to give up my VA drivers license.So, my question is: Am I still allowed to carry? I know that the VA CCW permit is supposed to be good for 30 days after moving. But, is that 30 days from moving here, or 30 days from getting my license? Am I even allowed (within that 30 days) to use a VA permit with a TX license?Thx for your help. And, I know I'm not supposed to take legal advice here.
