"Drug/Gun Free Zone" sign just showed up in front of my house. What are my options/what do I now need to do.

Hey guys. One of those signs showed up outside my house that says "school zone/Drug and Gun free zone". Let me explain the lay out and hopefully it'll help me out understanding it:I live on the corner of two streets. My door is at the corner on one street and (with my back to the door) I see a street in front of me and one to the left of me. My apartment (shotgun in New Orleans) has a large gate around it and 2 doors to get into the gate, one on each street.A school zone/gun free zone, sign showed up on the street that you are facing with your back to my house. It's on the poll about 20 feet from the street corner.Due to Louisiana law I believe I am legal to have a firearm in my home as well as in my car, but what about walking from car to home?
