Stopped by security?

I was concealed carrying when entering an establishment. I was stopped by (armed) security and was asked if I had any firearms, lihters, etc on me. I hesitated for a second and said yes. They asked for it and I literally just stood there. I think they then realized I was carrying and the "yes" wasnt for the other misc items he named He told me to lock it up in the car and come back.Just a few questions.Was I obligated to answer his question?Could I have just walked back to my car and pretended to lock it up and come back?What could I have done better?This is in Michigan btw. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2aFYwFj
