I read through the 9mm vs 45 thread from the other day, and the response was overwhelmingly "both work, but 9mm is cheaper, higher capacity, and usually easier to shoot".So it got me thinking... What actual advantages does .45 have? Not trying to start a fight over which ammo is better, but let's say, for example, I found a gun that I was interested in, and it was a .45.
