The only way I know of is under the LEOSA but that's very limited to who can and not your average citizen. I'd there anyway for a non resident to get a permit for all 50 states even if I had to do it individually through each state. For example can I get a permit from NY NJ or MD as a non resident if I dont live or work there. If I'm a citenzen of the US why am I able to me denied a right by a state if I'm not a resident of that state? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2A8D1hr
