I've been looking into CCW insurance and like CCW Safe, generally speaking. But looking at the fine print (it's clearly stated, really), it states that: "The CCW Safe Defender Plan Covers a Concealed Carry Permit holder ... on premises in which possession of a firearm is not illegal or prohibited by the property owner."It's been discussed here that in most states a "no guns" sign at the door does not have the power of law, and therefore one IS allowed in with gun unless asked to leave (trespassing, not a gun-related violation)My question is, would/could CCW Safe exclude coverage in such a place? Also, does anyone know if USCCA have that same provision?I'd like to get insight from people in this community before contacting them directly.
