Got to thinking about this and wonder what people's opinions are. First, it might be relevant, I live in Nebraska which is a duty to retreat state - with no castle doctrine. So my question is this - if I find myself in a situation where I need to draw my firearm - to confront a burglar lets say - should I be yelling at him to GTFO of my house, or to get on the floor, hands out etc? in other words, and I better off having him leave and hope he gets caught later, or should I attempt to detain him?So am I yelling Get Out or Get Down? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2z5zJv9
