National reciprocity regulation

I personally really like the idea of having national reciprocity for CCW. With that being said, I am very cautious of the idea because it could be used to restrict CCW. The language would have to be very specific.The first thing that comes to mind is having a clause that states that you can’t deny a CCW based on the lack of need. This would prevent Hawaii style rules where you can obtain a license only if you can prove that you need one.What else would have to be on the bill? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2KH5Buy
