I've been looking around trying to see if it's fair game to carry when fishing offshore roughly 20-50 miles out. It seems like it's legal as long as your state/port of call considers it legal and you don't move into or close to any other state or country waters. I saw this post:https://ift.tt/2lK7lVL on here said make sure you dont have ANY alcohol on the boat but I'm not sure how that's relevant if there are 6 of us and only 1 person with a gun not drinking at all. I know someone is probably going to tell me this is a question for a lawyer but I would like to know what the community knows in regards to this.
